A DEFAULT is a non-payment of accounts for the period of 9 months or more. It takes us approximately 21 days to clear such.

When a creditor has handed over your account to a lawyer who approaches the court to have a JUDGEMENT against your name, we then on your behalf go to court to have it rescinded or negotiate if the account has been settled.

We apply for a rescission of ADMINISTRATION ORDER when it has been granted by court against customers and does not exceed R50 000 of debt.

Trace Alert    Assisting with Garnishees

It is when creditors can't get hold of a customer after exhausting all channels. We alert them of the customers' availability and negotiate with lawyers to remove a TRACE ALERT.

GARNISHEE is attached when a court order has been sent to 3rd party instructing them to deduct certain amount to finance their client's debt. If legal processes were not followed when the garnishee was issued we can challenge that GARNISHEE to be rescinded or alternatively negotiate for a lesser amount to be paid.
